Teams at Imprivata

Leads implementation, administration, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support for Imprivata enterprise access management environments. Provides customer lifecycle ownership, solution assessments, workflow analysis, project planning, technical leadership, training, documentation, roadmap guidance, and stakeholder communication. Integrates Imprivata with Active Directory, VDI, and EMR platforms while monitoring system health, certificates, audit records, and service metrics. Requires onsite and remote customer engagement, including travel of up to 25%.

Owns Imprivata’s mobile product portfolio and business success, managing strategy, lifecycle, roadmap, feature prioritization, releases, adoption, and growth. Partners with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Product Operations, and Customer Success to deliver secure, scalable enterprise SaaS products. The role requires mobile device and security knowledge, customer advocacy, data-driven decision-making, stakeholder communication, and use of AI tools and coding assistants to improve product workflows.

Manage and grow Imprivata’s North American channel partner network, including recruiting, business planning, enablement, sales training, quarterly business reviews, and revenue performance. Collaborate with regional sales managers to achieve targets, expand opportunities in healthcare and commercial markets, and position Imprivata’s mobility and identity and access management solutions. Travel to customers and partners is expected for 10% to 25% of the role.
