The role also monitors project progress and fees, identifies risks, supports energy-efficient design, and develops practical engineering solutions.

Manage BIM projects and model coordination across disciplines, enforce standards and workflows, run clash detection and resolve issues, maintain models and deliverables, lead BIM kickoff and coordination meetings, provide software support and training, and ensure project model organization and quality.
