Volunteer role to develop financial projections and fundraising strategy for an early-stage nonprofit/tech startup. Responsibilities include financial modeling for pitch materials, identifying funding sources (donors, grants, crowdfunding), and advising on investment of firm funds. Requires weekly meetings and a minimum 4+ hours/week commitment.

Provide pro-bono legal counsel for nonprofit formation and compliance: advise on entity choice, draft formation and governing documents to secure tax-exempt status, file formation and registration documents, protect name and registered agent decisions, obtain permits/registrations, and support an initial fundraising campaign.

Volunteer HR Generalist to support recruiting (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding), maintain personnel records and new-hire documentation, coordinate office operations and policies, publish job ads, schedule interviews, prepare reports and presentations, and assist with initial fundraising campaign. Attend weekly meetings and commit to minimum 4+ hours weekly.
