Lead integrated marketing, communications, and public outreach campaigns for transportation and public-sector clients in North Carolina. Serve as primary client contact, develop strategy and messaging, manage multi-channel campaign execution, budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams, run stakeholder engagement and public events, coordinate media/PR, track KPIs, report results, and optimize campaigns.
