Lead and scale a global partner ecosystem by operationalizing partner strategy, building AI-enabled dashboards and forecasting, driving cross-functional programs (co-sell, GTM), and delivering data-driven insights and automation to optimize partner performance and pipeline. Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to build governance, KPIs, and predictive models supporting leadership reviews and execution.

Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical, GTM, and corporate roles. Partner with hiring managers to define strategy, build proactive pipelines, leverage AI and automation to streamline workflows, use data to improve funnel effectiveness, apply structured assessment practices, and influence stakeholders while owning hiring outcomes and redesigning recruiting processes for an AI-first environment.

Responsible for strategizing and executing go-to-market initiatives targeting the Public Sector, creating sales tools, collaborating cross-functionally, and measuring effectiveness of campaigns.
