Lead administrative and financial management of FINEP-funded strategic projects: ensure regulatory compliance, prepare transparent financial and budget reports, monitor expenditures, support R&D teams, and implement process improvements to optimize resource use and meet project milestones.

Design and develop wireless power transfer and energy-harvesting hardware for IoT and wearable devices. Apply power electronics, RF and electromagnetic theory to create ICs and circuits, integrate solutions into scalable systems, optimize energy efficiency, and drive sustainable innovation for large sensor networks.

Lead hardware engineering for IoT devices focusing on PCB design, embedded firmware, and low-power long-range communications (LoRaWAN and Sub-GHz). Manage multidisciplinary teams, ensure regulatory compliance and interoperability, optimize power consumption and network performance for industrial LPWAN deployments, and drive technical strategy for scalable, reliable connected devices.
