Manages end-to-end material procurement, supplier shipments, inventory replenishment, forecasting, and supply planning. Performs root-cause analysis for production delays and stockouts, manages supplier constraints, supports vendor assessments and product launches, tracks operational KPIs, and collaborates cross-functionally on supply chain projects and customer fulfillment.

Supports North American sales through financial and sales reporting, commission-program administration, data analysis, scorecard creation, and profitability insights. Leads cross-functional process improvement initiatives, develops requirements, tests and implements streamlined workflows, and provides recommendations based on sales, CRM, and financial data.

Coordinates marketing project intake, timelines, tasks, meetings, documentation, approvals, and deliverables using Basecamp. Reviews requests, gathers missing information, monitors project status, identifies delays and workflow improvements, and maintains reports for leadership. Collaborates with Brand Marketing, Creative Services, Product Management, Sales, Marketing Technology, and other cross-functional teams while supporting marketing department administration and process optimization.
