Supports financial planning and analysis for budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, reporting, KPI management, and profitability analysis. Evaluates channel, category, and customer performance, cost drivers, pricing variances, inflation, tariffs, freight, warranty, and SG&A. Maintains financial models and forecast templates, supports S&OP reconciliation and portfolio performance measurement, and performs ad hoc financial analysis and special projects.

Lead brand strategy and commercialization for product launches across dealer, retail, ecommerce, Pro and residential channels. Coordinate cross-functional marketing activations with product, martech, creative, media and agencies. Create briefs, product narratives, launch materials, web/app UX projects, content, and trade show support. Localize global campaigns for North America, manage production and photography, support B2B/B2C/ecommerce initiatives, and analyze post-campaign performance to optimize marketing efforts. Collaborate with PR on influencer and partnerships. Travel up to 15%.

Serve as North America product owner for the Wheeled portfolio: execute portfolio strategy and roadmap, support sales with product knowledge and training, manage pricing, track in-market performance and profitability, maintain regional systems and SKU data, gather customer and competitor intelligence, support NPD and cross-functional lifecycle processes, and attend trade shows and testing. Travel up to 25%.
