The Lateral Recruiting Manager oversees recruiting processes for attorneys and paralegals, manages team performance, communicates with candidates, and shapes recruiting strategies to ensure diversity and efficiency.

Manage day-to-day financial reporting and analysis, lead and develop the Financial Analyst team, maintain reporting dashboards and data integrity, support budgeting/forecasting, prepare partner statistics and Executive Board materials, perform ad hoc financial analysis, and modernize reporting processes to deliver firmwide financial insights.

Lead business development and marketing strategy across multiple practice groups, drive client growth and pipeline, create scalable BD playbooks, mentor BD staff, and partner with communications and events to deliver measurable revenue and brand outcomes.
