The role advises attorneys, staff, partners, and leadership; maintains conflicts records and databases; supports lateral candidate clearance and onboarding; delivers ethics training; and ensures compliance with professional responsibility rules. Experience with Intapp Open and Intapp Terms, strong legal analysis and writing skills, and an active U.S. law license are required or preferred.

Reviews filings, verifies docket accuracy, de-dockets completed deadlines, prepares matter reports, responds to attorney and staff inquiries, processes abandoned and transferred matters, supports portfolio onboarding, and helps improve docketing procedures. Requires knowledge of patent and trademark prosecution, IP docketing software, spreadsheet management, and applicable domestic and international filing regulations.

The Paralegal Manager administers the firmwide paralegal program, leading staffing, work allocation, onboarding, training, mentoring, performance management, and compensation recommendations. The role supports complex tort and product liability litigation, improves workflows and productivity, monitors compliance and performance metrics, and identifies opportunities to use automation and AI. This position collaborates with legal, recruiting, professional development, and firm leadership teams to deliver consistent, high-quality support to attorneys and stakeholders.

Must meet annual billable target and work across offices or remotely.
