Manages workstreams, budgets, timelines, client relationships, deliverables, and multidisciplinary teams. Presents findings to clients, attorneys, and stakeholders while supporting proposals, business development, thought leadership, and staff development. The role requires expertise in disputes, investigations, economic damages, forensic analysis, and financial reporting.

Lead high-stakes commercial litigation and investigation engagements, including forensic accounting, financial analysis, fraud investigations, litigation support, and expert testimony. Develop work plans, analyze complex datasets and transactions, prepare client reports and demonstratives, advise legal teams and executives, build client relationships, support business development, and mentor disputes and forensic professionals.

Provides consulting services focused on high reliability, operational transformation, safety, performance improvement, and organizational change. Assesses operational risks, culture, reliability, and management systems; facilitates diagnostics and workshops; conducts root-cause analyses; supports operating model redesign and integrated management systems; and helps clients implement measurable improvements. Works with executives, operational leaders, and frontline teams across complex, regulated, and high-consequence environments.
