Lead the development of a new Endpoint Security Posture Management product, focusing on collaboration with engineering and design while managing the product's strategy and roadmap.

Act as intermediary between partners/customers and the SOC, providing phone/email/chat support for incidents, explaining SOC findings, leading high-severity calls, troubleshooting product issues, collaborating with internal teams, and creating knowledge base content to improve response consistency and efficiency.

Lead and grow engineering teams that build and scale Identity Threat Detection and Response (ITDR) and Identity Security Posture Management (ISPM) products. Drive technical roadmap, adopt AI coding tools, hire and coach managers, collaborate with architecture and product, and improve engineering practices for high-volume, scalable SaaS solutions.
