Support planning and forecasting by building and maintaining financial models, analyzing trends and drivers, and presenting clear recommendations. Own corporate and non-labor expense planning and, over time, financial planning and accounting for technology investments. Partner with cross-functional leaders, use planning tools (Adaptive), automation, and AI to improve processes, and communicate results to support decision-making.

Configure, optimize, and own Epic scheduling tools (Cadence) for clients. Triage and resolve tickets, translate operational decisions into Epic build, maintain referral and notification workflows, create and monitor reports, join client operational meetings, support scheduling optimization projects, and provide technical guidance to clinic and contact center staff.

Maintain and troubleshoot Epic Radiant workflows, resolve tickets, build/test changes, support OpTime and Cardiology interfaces, complete upgrade tasks, document requirements and testing, meet SLAs, and serve as the customer's Radiant subject matter expert.
