Manages web marketing staff, agencies, vendors, budgets, and website lifecycles while partnering with communications, brand, fundraising, advocacy, and international teams. Oversees emerging AI discovery practices, ensures authoritative and accessible content, and provides strategic guidance to senior leadership. The role is fully remote in the United States, with Eastern Time availability and occasional work outside standard hours.

Leads global paid media and performance marketing strategy across digital, television, audio, social, and third-party channels. Oversees a $13M+ budget, donor acquisition and retention, attribution, testing, audience segmentation, campaign optimization, and social media programs across more than 100 accounts. Builds multi-year growth strategies, manages external partners, collaborates cross-functionally, and leads a growing marketing team.
