Teams at How To MANAGE a Small Law Firm

Lead full-cycle recruiting across departments, develop sourcing strategies for specialized roles, engage passive candidates, assess candidates for skills and cultural alignment, partner with hiring managers, communicate the company mission, track recruiting metrics, and improve the candidate experience and hiring process. This remote role is limited to candidates residing in specified U.S. states.

Serve as a fractional controller for up to 45 solo law firm clients: lead monthly financial analysis calls, teach and implement financial reports, build KPIs/dashboards, coach clients to act on insights, facilitate group webinars, maintain client notes, contribute knowledge content, and support cross-functional advisory tasks.
