Manage and coordinate property settlements from contract entry to closing. Serve as customer liaison, work with title companies and construction, prepare marketing and listings, and ensure timely acquisitions and dispositions through accurate CRM and settlement processing.

The Manager of Transaction Management oversees all real estate transactions, manages a team, and ensures compliance with policies while solving complex transaction issues.
