Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and close residential property acquisitions. Follow up on leads, analyze comps, estimate repairs and ARV, perform due diligence, prepare contracts, and coordinate closings with realtors, lenders, buyers and title. Conduct regular in-person meetings with homeowners to present offers.

The Recruiter will recruit high-quality candidates, manage outside agencies, assist in training and HR technology selection, and update HR policies.

The Manager of Transaction Management oversees all real estate transactions, manages a team, and ensures compliance with policies while solving complex transaction issues.
