The Director of Information Technology will lead enterprise technology strategy, infrastructure, security, compliance, vendors, budgets, and system lifecycle management. The role oversees HIPAA and PCI compliance, AI governance, security operations, disaster recovery, cloud and SaaS environments, and EHR systems. They will also lead clinic technology buildouts, hardware and software lifecycle management, IT operations teams, user support, and service performance metrics. The position requires strategic leadership, cross-functional communication, regulated-industry experience, and strong knowledge of healthcare IT and modern cloud platforms.

Recruit physician, advanced practice provider, and medical director candidates through full-cycle sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiation, and offer processes. Consult with hiring managers on talent planning, sourcing, staffing forecasts, and recruiting strategy. Manage applicant tracking system compliance, recruitment metrics, candidate experience, employer branding, events, vendors, and onboarding coordination with internal stakeholders.

Lead product strategy and execution for healthcare-focused solutions: own roadmap and success metrics, run user and stakeholder research, prioritize based on data and value, partner with engineering to deliver scalable solutions, communicate with stakeholders including executives, and coach product managers to improve product craft and outcomes.
