Leads the organization’s human resources strategy and operations, including recruitment, retention, employee relations, compliance, compensation, benefits, HRIS administration, training, performance management, credentialing, workforce planning, and reporting. Advises leadership, oversees investigations and personnel policies, supports audits and regulatory requirements, manages HR metrics, and supervises the HR Assistant.

Coordinate case management and community resources for children and adolescents in residential programs. Build rapport, develop service plans, facilitate referrals, track records, support families, coordinate with schools and clinical staff, run workshops, and provide crisis linkage and follow-up.
