The role is based in Charlotte, North Carolina, on a hybrid schedule.

Leads enterprise marketing transformation initiatives spanning operating models, processes, governance, technology, analytics, and organizational change. Develops transformation roadmaps, business cases, metrics, and value realization plans; manages cross-functional execution, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment. Drives process standardization, automation, AI adoption, change management, and continuous improvement across marketing and shared services. Coaches teams and influences senior leaders to improve efficiency, scalability, service delivery, and marketing effectiveness.

Lead enterprise architecture and IT transformation initiatives supporting procurement, with emphasis on SAP S/4HANA and ERP systems. Design and evolve architecture, evaluate scalable and compliant technology solutions, govern architecture standards, prioritize related projects and resources, and advise cross-functional teams. Collaborate with business and technology leaders to improve procurement operations, drive innovation, and align technology roadmaps with business objectives.
