Owns and prioritizes the SAP S4 team backlog, translating product vision and business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery objectives. Represents stakeholders and end users, supports PI planning and Agile ceremonies, validates completed work, resolves requirements, and manages dependencies and risks. The role partners with product managers, process owners, Scrum Masters, and technical teams to deliver standardized, efficient, and transformational business capabilities.

Owns Microsoft 365 Copilot architecture, governance, security, roadmap, adoption, and enterprise AI strategy. Manages escalated Copilot and tenant issues, coordinates Microsoft 365 feature rollouts, supports tenant administration and licensing, analyzes usage and adoption gaps, and partners with business teams on training. The role also contributes to Power Platform and agent deployment strategy, automation, reporting, and cross-functional governance.

Advise Honeywell on U.S. sanctions, AML, trade controls, licensing, compliance systems, investigations, audits, risk assessments, training, and regulatory developments. The role leads sanctions compliance initiatives, supports higher-risk transactions, collaborates with export, CFIUS, AML, vendors, consultants, and outside counsel, and helps align global business growth with applicable regulations.
