Supports digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing and supply chain sites. Partners with business and IT stakeholders on digital integration, process automation, data integration, business intelligence dashboards, and operational improvements. Assists project managers, supports cross-functional technology-enabled initiatives, and presents recommendations to leadership. The internship provides exposure to enterprise transformation, manufacturing digitization, supply chain operations, project portfolio management, and continuous improvement.

Leads Process Technology IT strategy, multi-year transformation roadmaps, annual planning, investment portfolios, governance, and enterprise transformation alignment. Oversees cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, cloud utilization, licensing, change management, and user experience functions. Provides executive thought leadership, integrates major initiatives, drives innovation and business value, and develops high-performing strategy and transformation teams while ensuring effective PMO governance and delivery.

Leads enterprise organizational change management and adoption strategy for Honeywell’s global SAP S/4HANA transformation. Owns the OCM roadmap, governance, readiness, training, communications integration, adoption measurement, and post-go-live sustainment across deployment waves. Influences senior leaders, coordinates business and technical stakeholders, directs external partner delivery, builds internal OCM capability, and ensures employees are prepared for changes to processes, roles, data practices, and ways of working.
