Support M&A tax activities, conduct tax research, ensure federal/state/local tax compliance, identify tax planning opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement tax strategies.

Lead and standardize compliance sustainment assessments, perform transaction testing and data analysis, map risks and controls, design testing and risk frameworks, develop KPIs/KRIs, support corrective actions, and manage export controls, sanctions, and related compliance programs across business units.

Lead and manage Legal Transformation projects for Honeywell's Corporate Legal function, including project planning, governance, cross-functional coordination, change management, financial tracking, communications, adoption, and creation of reusable templates and playbooks to improve legal processes and operating models across global teams.
