Build and optimize growth and retention features across a TypeScript backend and React frontend. Ship feature-flagged experiments, instrument patient journeys, analyze results, improve performance and accessibility, and maintain a high-quality consumer experience. Collaborate with product and design, review code, mentor engineers, and resolve patient experience incidents. The role is fully remote and supports a digital health platform.

Build and operate the platform supporting Honeydew’s digital dermatology product. Responsibilities include migrating data infrastructure to RDS, strengthening AWS security and compliance, standardizing logging, developing AI-assisted vulnerability remediation workflows, creating infrastructure and automation, supporting feature teams, and reviewing code. The role requires backend service and API development, platform security, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and strong data and architecture skills.

Designs and maintains secure, reliable data platforms, including relational data models, migrations, pipelines, monitoring, data quality processes, and self-service reporting access. The role protects PHI and PII through access controls, encryption, audit logging, and governance in a HIPAA environment. It also involves backend API development, code reviews, security reviews, stakeholder collaboration, and mentoring teams on data practices.
