Develops strategic brand copy across web, advertising, email, video, social, product, and internal channels. The role owns copy from concept through final production, strengthens brand voice, collaborates with creative, marketing, legal, product, and underwriting teams, and supports campaigns that build awareness, educate homeowners, and generate leads. The writer will research consumer finance and home equity, use AI thoughtfully, present creative concepts, and align work with brand and creative direction.

Own Hometap’s product and marketing event-data ecosystem, including taxonomy, tracking plans, governance, Segment Protocols, schema validation, and source management. Partner with marketing, product, and engineering to define instrumentation and event specifications. Build monitoring for schema conformance, event volume, and property completeness, while documenting standards and managing event review and deprecation processes.

Manage inbound homeowner leads through the full sales cycle for Hometaps home equity investment: educate, guide applications to close, coordinate with internal teams, maintain high-volume calls and pipeline in Salesforce and proprietary systems, meet sales targets, and ensure regulatory compliance and excellent homeowner experience.
