Lead planning and delivery of HR systems projects using Agile/Waterfall. Scope, coordinate stakeholders, manage risks, budgets, and vendors. Oversee multiple initiatives, produce status reporting, and drive change management and financial variance analysis.

Deliver in-store and virtual operational training to hourly and salaried associates to improve store performance. Partner with store and district leaders to plan, present, and follow up on training across Front End, Back End, Tool Rental, Interconnected Retail, safety and asset protection. Travel to stores regionally and evaluate operational trends.
