Evaluates MET operational processes through in-aisle gap analysis, identifies and addresses performance issues, and conducts store walks. Trains, coaches, and develops MEAs, supervisors, MEMs, and DEMs on operational procedures. Plans weekly and monthly routines, follows up on game plans, identifies best practices, and supports performance improvement across one to two regions. The role requires overnight travel more than 50% of the time and has no direct reports.
