Lead MEP preconstruction activities including estimating, design management, subcontractor/vendor procurement, and RFP responses. Coordinate preconstruction engineers to develop scopes of work, analyze bids, present deliverables, and support owner/architect/engineer meetings. Communicate with vendors, clients, and stakeholders and train team members in MEP systems.

Provide in-person, phone, and remote desktop technical support; conduct new hire technology orientations; assist on IT projects; support Office 365, Windows 11, MacOS, mobile platforms, printers, networking, Egnyte, Intune, Zendesk, and related tools.

Lead MEP preconstruction activities including estimating, design management, procurement, bid analysis, scope development, vendor/subcontractor evaluation, and client/design team coordination. Train and mentor preconstruction engineers and represent the company in meetings and RFP responses.
