Provide capital markets legal support for agency CMBS securitizations: draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents; manage complex transaction closings; coordinate teams; maintain high attention to detail and clear client communication.

Support the commercial mortgage securitization practice by interacting with clients and drafting and reviewing disclosure in offering materials. Ideal candidates have ~2+ years in real estate lending or capital markets. Requires US law degree and Bar membership; application requires resume and transcript.
