Teams at Hightouch

Develop experimental AI techniques for agentic marketing applications, especially image and video generation. Build proofs of concept, autonomous evaluation and improvement systems, realistic AI-generated video, and brand-aligned creative generation workflows. The role requires strong quantitative and probabilistic thinking, backend architecture skills, creativity with LLM applications, and product intuition.

Develops value frameworks, use-case libraries, buyer narratives, release positioning, capability boundaries, and product readiness standards. Partners cross-functionally with Product, Product Marketing, Sales, Solutions Engineering, and field leadership to translate technical product capabilities into defensible customer outcomes, qualification paths, business cases, and seller enablement. Requires substantial experience in positioning technical products and familiarity with MEDDPICC.

This role focuses on enhancing developer productivity for Hightouch's engineering team by owning the build/test/deploy processes, improving multi-cloud infrastructure, and driving excellence in testing.
