Lead strategy and architecture for GTM and finance systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, Data360/Snowflake, Agentforce). Manage a Salesforce admin, design and operate autonomous Agentforce agents, ensure data governance and a unified customer profile, oversee API integrations and migrations, and build testing and release processes to maintain system integrity and compliance.

Design and build data models, pipelines, and ML systems for production. Integrate Snowflake/AWS with Salesforce Data Cloud, deploy and monitor models (MLOps), and deliver data products and dashboards to enable AI-driven automation across the platform.

Plan, execute, and optimize owned, partner, and third-party events to drive awareness and pipeline. Manage logistics, vendors, budgets, and on-site execution; run promotional campaigns; coordinate with sales, content, and product teams; track event ROI in CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and develop post-event nurture and follow-up strategies.
