The Enterprise Account Manager IV will manage and grow large enterprise accounts, driving pipeline growth and aligning HPE's portfolio with customer business objectives in financial services.

Lead and manage a regional sales team focused on higher education and state government (SLED) accounts in the U.S. Southeast. Set strategy, drive pipeline and deals, coach reps, develop account plans, build executive relationships, and achieve revenue and margin targets while improving sales operations and forecasting.

Lead identification and prioritization of serviceability and supportability improvements across HPE and Juniper networking portfolios. Analyze support case trends and Voice of the Customer data, translate findings into product requirements, influence roadmap and release priorities, lead cross-functional forums, drive closed-loop action plans, and develop executive-level narratives connecting technical issues to business impact. Advocate for supportability in design, diagnostics, observability, and operational workflows.
