Manages HPE Networking’s Mist portfolio for SMB and midmarket customers worldwide. Develops business plans, product positioning, pricing, sales strategies, and demand-generation priorities while coordinating regional sales, marketing, pricing, product, supply chain, and operations teams. Owns quota responsibility, provides networking and competitive expertise, communicates product strategies to sales teams, and drives execution across countries and channels.

Provides onsite, post-sales technical support for Juniper networking solutions within a large service provider network. Responsibilities include troubleshooting complex IP/MPLS infrastructure, managing escalations and JTAC cases, supporting upgrades and incidents, advising on network design, conducting technical workshops, training customer teams, testing releases, developing diagnostic procedures, and creating Python and PyEZ automation tools. The role requires extensive Juniper platform expertise, service provider networking knowledge, customer-facing communication, and experience with network transformations.

Manages commercial customer accounts across the Mid-Atlantic territory, serving as the primary contact and driving account plans, solution sales, pipeline development, quota attainment, and margin growth. Builds executive-level customer relationships, coordinates presales and partner resources, analyzes sales performance, manages opportunities, supports complex IT product and services deals, and may coach inside sales representatives.
