Drive Value-Added Services (VAS) sales and customer experience across a region. Coach and develop sales associates, execute training and local promotions, analyze sales performance, recommend improvement actions, ensure regulatory and corporate policy compliance, and serve as primary VAS liaison to management. Onsite in Charlotte, NC or Philadelphia, PA.

Design, build, and scale end-to-end full stack features and microservices. Lead architecture and system design, implement cloud deployments and CI/CD, ensure performance, security, and reliability, and mentor junior engineers.

Support and train Account Representatives, provide backup coverage, conduct monthly audits, administer workflow and reporting, coordinate strategic marketing initiatives, assist with new account setups in sales systems, mentor staff, manage team inbox response, and perform assigned special projects to improve processes and customer service.
