The Learning Specialist facilitates virtual and onsite training across operations, leadership, customer care, and other programs. Responsibilities include learner engagement, classroom management, attendance and training records, technical support, stakeholder collaboration, feedback analysis, content reviews, pilot programs, and continuous improvement. The role evaluates learning effectiveness, supports facilitator readiness, maintains curriculum standards, and adapts delivery to diverse audiences and changing business needs.

Provide day-to-day support and enhancements for Oracle Fusion Cloud procurement and financials, design and develop PL/SQL database objects, build integrations (OIC), create reports (BIP/OTBI/FAW/Cognos), optimize performance, participate in Agile sprints, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to map requirements to technical solutions.

Lead end-to-end machine learning and advanced analytics projects: frame problems, build and deploy predictive/prescriptive models, design ETL pipelines, create dashboards and A/B test metrics, and deliver actionable insights to business stakeholders to improve fleet, pricing, and ridesharing products.
