Provide legal counsel across product and commercial teams: draft and negotiate commercial, data, and vendor agreements; advise on AI/ML, mobile app, and FDA-related product legal issues; support HIPAA and other regulatory compliance; build legal playbooks and templates; manage outside counsel and special projects.

The Director, Client Strategy and Growth will focus on client retention and growth, developing strategies, managing relationships, and driving revenue at Hello Heart.

Lead GTM reporting, design scalable Salesforce KPI frameworks, translate business needs into developer-ready Salesforce requirements, apply AI to automate workflows, and partner with Sales and Customer Success on process design, change management, and cross-platform reporting.
