Coordinates seafreight export shipments from booking through destination transfer, ensuring compliance with customer, carrier, vendor, and regulatory requirements. Manages shipping instructions, documentation, pickups, tracking milestones, charges, invoicing, file audits, and denied-party screening. Communicates with customers and logistics partners, monitors profitability and service performance, escalates recurring issues, and maintains customer procedures. The role requires strong organization, communication, time management, shipping documentation knowledge, and freight-forwarding experience.

Manages and grows national ecommerce accounts while acquiring new customers across online retail, marketplaces, DTC brands, and omnichannel businesses. Develops account plans, sells customized logistics solutions, negotiates pricing and contracts, leads customer business reviews, manages RFQs and implementations, and collaborates with internal teams on fulfillment, parcel, last-mile, cross-border, and returns solutions. Maintains CRM records, monitors sales performance, develops pipeline, and travels occasionally for customer and industry events.

Develops complex global fashion logistics accounts by acquiring new business, expanding customer relationships, preparing proposals, closing sales, and achieving growth and profitability targets. Manages customer planning, quotations, service-level agreements, implementations, complaints, CRM records, and sales leads. Requires collaboration with international stakeholders and opportunity management teams, plus frequent overnight travel of up to 50%.
