Requires strong legal research, writing, advocacy, organization, judgment, and client-service skills in a collaborative hybrid environment.

Special Counsel attorney responsible for independently managing complex civil litigation matters from case evaluation through trial or arbitration. Duties include developing strategy, conducting discovery and depositions, drafting motions and briefs, handling hearings, mediations, and trials, advising sophisticated clients, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role also contributes to the growth of the firm’s civil litigation practice in a collaborative office environment.
