Teams at Heartflow

Drive adoption of Heartflow's AI-driven non-invasive cardiac diagnostic solution within an assigned territory. Build and maintain relationships with cardiologists and referring physicians, develop and execute account business development plans, educate clinicians, coordinate cross-functional resources, organize promotional programs, and meet growth and quota metrics. Role requires ~20-25% travel and strong clinical-sales experience in cardiovascular or medical technology.

The Regional Business Manager will lead and develop a team to drive growth in cardiac diagnostic technology, managing relationships with key physicians and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Provide technical, front-line customer support and onboarding for Heartflow's web-based medical software. Troubleshoot issues, manage cases and knowledge base, deliver documentation and customer feedback into CRM, assist sales and production, and support account adoption and satisfaction metrics. May require on-call and weekend coverage after training.
