Lead EHS support during consolidation of multiple chemical manufacturing sites, then establish and run the Charlotte site EHS program. Manage compliance (OSHA, EPA, NFPA, PSM), permits, hazardous waste, training, incident investigations, audits, emergency response, and contractor/EHS committees. Drive continuous improvement, safety culture, and sustainability reporting while providing multi-site support and project management during transition.

Lead process improvement and optimization for aerospace adhesives manufacturing. Support troubleshooting, PSM compliance, capital projects, SPC-driven continuous improvement, capacity planning, and cross-functional technical leadership to improve safety, quality, productivity, and reliability.

Drives growth in assigned markets through technical and consultative selling. Partners with account managers to identify and convert opportunities, conducts demonstrations and evaluations, troubleshoots customer applications, delivers technical presentations and training, manages OEM and AEM relationships, supports product launches, identifies market trends, and collaborates with sales, marketing, product management, and R&D to develop customer solutions.
