Own and scale Hatch's partner program end-to-end: launch integrations, run co-marketing/co-sell campaigns, enable partners with collateral, coordinate partner events, create repeatable playbooks, maintain partner relationships, and track/optimize partner-driven pipeline and referral ROI.

Lead product strategy and execution for Hatch’s AI customer service platform. Manage and develop product managers, prioritize investments across competing roadmaps, balance revenue growth with customer trust, and drive innovation in agentic tooling. Partner closely with engineering, design, data science, finance, revenue, and go-to-market teams while leading cross-functional initiatives and communicating with executives.

Build custom n8n flows, API integrations, webhooks, and middleware to implement complex, code-level onboarding and orchestration for enterprise SaaS clients. Scope projects with sales, own end-to-end technical onboarding, QA, monitoring, and feed recurring needs back to Product. Act as a client-facing technical consultant, including onsite visits, and create reusable integration patterns.
