Own complex global People Operations programs from planning through go-live and handoff, including geographic expansion, entity formation, M&A integrations, EOR and vendor transitions, and payroll migrations. Build program plans, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, manage risks and decisions, lead executive and employee communications, and create repeatable playbooks and operating processes. The role requires hands-on execution, strong judgment, stakeholder management, executive communication, and effective use of AI.

Leads Harvey’s public-sector go-to-market strategy across federal, state, and local government legal organizations. Recruits and manages Enterprise Account Executives, owns quota, pipeline, forecasting, and strategic accounts, and builds a repeatable government sales motion. Develops procurement and security-review playbooks, partners on FedRAMP and StateRAMP/GovRAMP positioning, advances agency authorizations and contracts, and represents Harvey in the government legal and gov-tech communities.

Lead and build Harvey's public sector legal function: advise go-to-market and procurement strategy, draft/review/ negotiate complex government and AI SaaS contracts, ensure FAR/DFARS compliance, manage contract lifecycle and performance issues, and develop training and resources for legal and cross-functional teams.
