Leads product management for Commercial Auto, Business-Owners, and Workers Compensation products across an assigned territory. Owns profit, growth, market share, pricing, underwriting, and performance objectives. Develops local market strategies, analyzes competitive and customer trends, builds financial business cases, and leads product initiatives. Partners with Sales, Underwriting, Actuarial, Claims, Legal, Compliance, agencies, regulators, and leadership to influence decisions, execute change, and deliver profitable growth. Mentors team members and travels up to 10%.

An 11-week hybrid summer internship developing statistical, machine learning, and AI solutions for insurance business problems. The intern will assess data sources, build and deploy analytical tools, support business strategies, present insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders, document work, and gain experience with cloud environments, modeling techniques, and emerging AI workflows.

Analyzes personal insurance product performance across multiple states, develops recommendations affecting growth and profitability, supports rate revisions and regulatory compliance, and advances strategic initiatives. Collaborates with product managers and teams including pricing, underwriting, claims, service, and performance analytics. Presents findings and recommendations while managing multiple priorities in a hybrid or remote environment.
