Manage accounts receivable activities including contacting customers about delinquencies, reconciling and posting payments, enforcing credit limits, generating reports, processing refunds, and resolving disputes while following company accounting policies.

Manage and coach a Sales Support team handling contracts, rate agreements, tariff filings, and FMC submissions. Oversee contract administration and Freight Information Systems processes, resolve customer issues, support sales execution, monitor metrics, and ensure policy and training compliance. Exercise independent judgment for staffing, discipline, grievance resolution, and process improvements within maritime commercial operations.

Provide inbound customer service for import shipments, prepare customs and freight manifests, coordinate with Global Service Centers, customs, terminals and vendors to release cargo, manage dwelling and abandoned cargo processes, prepare invoices and petitions for customs penalties, and maintain records and reports to ensure timely clearance and customer satisfaction.
