Lead the development, maintenance, and regulatory compliance of Management Liability and Professional and Executive Lines insurance products, including D&O, EPL, Fiduciary Liability, Cyber, Crime, and Kidnap & Ransom. Draft coverage forms, analyze regulatory and judicial environments, conduct market research, develop filing strategies, respond to insurance department inquiries, support underwriting strategy, and mentor Product Analysts.

Leads small commercial sales strategy across the Southeast region, directing and coaching sales managers, developing territory plans, strengthening agent partnerships, and driving premium, growth, quality, and agency management objectives. Collaborates with underwriting, field leadership, actuarial, operations, marketing, claims, and other stakeholders to execute regional strategies, assess opportunities, develop talent, manage performance, and improve sales capabilities.
