Teams at Habitat for Humanity of the Charlotte Region

Supervise backroom and donation operations to ensure timely, accurate merchandising and safe material handling. Open/close store, perform cash handling and POS duties, train and motivate staff and volunteers, maintain organized sales floor, and operate forklift. Support store leadership on donation placement and inventory priorities.

Provide frontline customer service, operate the POS and manage cash, maintain merchandising and store cleanliness, assist customers with purchases and loading (lifting up to 50 lbs), and support daily retail and donation/warehouse operations while promoting Habitat Charlotte Region's mission.

Lead strategy and operations for mid-level, major, and planned giving programs. Manage a team of three, cultivate and solicit donors ($10,000+ and multi-year $50,000+), secure six- and seven-figure gifts, integrate planned giving, strengthen systems and data-driven processes, and partner with senior leadership and the board to grow philanthropic revenue and stewardship.
