Teams at Guild Mortgage

Provide administrative support to the Default/Foreclosure department including processing fees/costs and invoices, preparing audit folders, refunds and payoff requests, performing internet research for utilities/HOAs, updating internal systems, distributing mail and sales notifications, and creating summaries and spreadsheets.

Directs enterprise marketing operations, including project pipelines, workflows, campaign delivery, resource planning, budgeting, vendor performance, compliance, and process improvement. Leads marketing project managers and administrative staff, oversees marketing systems and documentation, analyzes initiative effectiveness, and partners with stakeholders and leadership to deliver aligned marketing programs. Provides coaching, training, and operational guidance while fostering a high-performing team culture.

Directs the company’s Loss Mitigation function, overseeing managers and specialists, operational performance, regulatory compliance, licensing, budgets, audits, training, reporting, and process improvements. Leads talent management, resolves escalated investor and compliance issues, ensures policies and procedures remain accurate, and coordinates system and workflow updates. The role manages 4–6 direct reports and 30–40 indirect reports while supporting mortgage default, loss mitigation, short sale, servicing, and regulatory activities.
