Lead mid-complexity strategic sourcing and contract negotiations, collaborate with Legal, Compliance, IT and business stakeholders, manage RFI/RFP processes, evaluate vendors, ensure regulatory and policy compliance (HIPAA, HITECH, CMS), draft and negotiate contracts, produce executive summaries and management reporting, and drive process improvements and vendor accountability.

Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing and contract negotiations for mid-to-high complexity acquisitions. Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, IT and business stakeholders, manage RFI/RFP/RFQ processes, evaluate vendors using scoring matrices, and draft/execute contracts ensuring regulatory and risk compliance (HIPAA, CMS, FEP). Drive process improvement, vendor accountability, and produce executive summaries and management reporting to support decision-making.

Design, operate, and evolve multi-cloud and hybrid network architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP). Lead connectivity, segmentation, routing, security enforcement, observability, automation (IaC), incident response, and mentor engineers. Manage enterprise switching/routing/wireless platforms, troubleshoot complex issues, and participate in on-call rotations and audits.
