Leads complex IT business systems initiatives from requirements gathering through implementation, testing, production support, and issue resolution. Serves as a functional and technical lead, develops business processes and capability roadmaps, documents system requirements, supports architecture and integration planning, oversees user acceptance testing, and facilitates stakeholder communication. May act as product owner, provide training, and mentor other analysts. Preferred experience includes Agile methodology, healthcare, payment processing, Stripe, and PCI DSS.

Supports actuarial leadership by managing team work and producing independent analyses. Responsibilities include pricing, trend analytics, gross margin and financial reporting across ACA, Medicare, Group, reserves, and segment functions. Participates in cross-functional workgroups and an actuarial rotation program. Requires health insurance experience, active ASA designation, and proficiency in Excel, SAS, and SQL; FSA, pricing or reserving experience, and people or project management experience are preferred.

Supports conceptual product design and development from idea through execution, including market analysis, cost-benefit analysis, specifications, decision memos, process flows, testing, and project tracking. Coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, facilitates collaboration, develops procedures, supports strategy initiatives, and contributes to communication and training plans. Requires strong quantitative and qualitative analysis, healthcare industry knowledge, and the ability to connect market trends with business strategy.
