Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports; build data models, DAX measures, and Power Query ETL; perform statistical and geospatial analyses; validate and monitor data quality; collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs; document solutions and present analytical insights to technical and non-technical audiences to support public health and program decision-making.

Designs, develops, and supports enterprise business intelligence solutions using Power BI and Qlik. Creates scalable dashboards, reports, and analytics to support business decisions; gathers stakeholder requirements; translates business needs into technical solutions; and maintains BI environments for performance, reliability, and data quality. The role may also apply AI-enabled analytics such as natural-language querying, anomaly detection, and automated reporting.

Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards, data visualizations, analytics solutions, and reporting tools. Clean and transform data using Databricks, SQL, and Python; identify workflow automation opportunities; and partner with stakeholders to deliver analytics and AI use cases. The role also involves client presentations, requirements gathering, business development support, and federal government consulting.
