Leads operational standards, SOPs, process documentation, change management, and readiness activities across markets. Partners with IT, Legal, Compliance, Training, and Operations teams on system implementations, workflow design, testing, and adoption. Monitors adherence, performance dashboards, and operational metrics while identifying continuous-improvement opportunities and supporting corrective actions.

Designs, develops, and maintains standardized training programs and multimedia learning resources. Partners with subject matter experts and stakeholders to translate business processes into effective learning solutions, including instructor-led and self-directed training. Ensures content accuracy, accessibility, version control, and alignment with operational standards. Supports trainers and operations teams while measuring training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and performance metrics.

Owns end-to-end regional revenue cycle performance from enrollment through payment. Leads Claims Leaders, improves reimbursement and cash realization, reduces denials and aged receivables, manages payer escalations, develops forecasts, strengthens revenue governance, and partners with Finance on margin expansion. The role also integrates enrollment, authorization, billing, claims, and accounts receivable processes while developing standardized workflows and team capabilities across a multistate environment.
