Own full sales cycle, develop account strategies, architect custom incentive and payments solutions, manage pipeline and CRM, negotiate contracts and pricing, ensure handoff to delivery teams, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet revenue quotas.

Translate business requirements into PEGA Decisioning solutions, manage project scope end-to-end, create and maintain decisioning logic and documentation, execute UAT and regression testing, liaise between Marketing and Technology, and present status to senior management.

Answer incoming benefit-related calls from State of Texas employees and retirees; explain eligibility, coverage, and enrollment; troubleshoot issues and coordinate with vendors; document interactions; conduct trainings; maintain confidentiality; suggest process improvements to enhance service.
