Develops commercial construction-industry business through prospecting, networking, cold calling, site visits, consultations, proposals, negotiations, and full-cycle sales. Builds relationships with contractors, developers, architects, engineers, and property managers; presents technical foundation repair solutions; manages pipelines and CRM records; meets sales targets; and supports post-sale installation. The role is approximately 70% road-based and requires strong communication, technical understanding, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

Conduct in-home inspections with homeowners, diagnose foundation and water-management issues, educate customers on repair options, prepare estimates and proposals, close sales, manage a territory, develop a customer book of business, track the sales pipeline, and maintain customer relationships. The role includes company-generated leads, commission-based earnings, regional training travel, and ongoing technical and sales training.
