Provide real estate transaction support to attorneys and paralegals, preparing closing deliverables, ordering UCC searches, EINs, surveys, title commitments, organizing files, tracking deal and signature statuses, maintaining data rooms and checklists, preparing closing binders, and performing document review and miscellaneous paralegal assistance.
