Engage prospects at home shows, conventions, festivals, and fairs; promote company products and schedule in-home estimate appointments. Responsibilities include booth setup and breakdown, maintaining professional appearance and positive engagement, learning promotions, entering data on mobile devices, and supporting company culture. This part-time role requires weekend availability, reliable transportation, standing and walking for extended periods, and approximately 10% travel.

Leads Champion’s nationwide B2C sales organization, owning sales strategy, revenue growth, forecasting, profitability, field execution, lead conversion, leadership development, and customer experience. The role manages regional leaders, strengthens selling standards, supports market expansion, aligns sales with marketing and operations, and drives consistent performance across a geographically dispersed organization. Frequent field travel is required.

Oversee office administration, accounts receivable and payable, cash management, payroll support, reconciliations, financial reporting, employee paperwork, vendor relationships, and customer inquiries. Maintain accurate records, support month-end close and operational reporting, coordinate with Operations, Finance, Payroll, and Corporate teams, and foster a collaborative office environment focused on customer satisfaction and efficient operations.
