The role requires client service, analytical, organizational, and project management skills, with travel as needed and hybrid in-person attendance at least three days weekly.

Leads client engagements assessing business processes, internal controls, and risks across financial, operational, compliance, and IT domains. Develops remediation recommendations, internal audit plans, SOX programs, and process improvements. Manages projects, clients, budgets, quality reviews, business development, sales targets, and team development. Builds client relationships, supports proposals and thought leadership, recruits talent, and contributes to practice growth.
