Provides HR support across benefits, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, compliance, workforce planning, and offboarding. Partners with shared services, leaders, and employees; facilitates hiring and retention initiatives, manages benefits and leave processes, investigates workplace concerns, supports leadership development, interprets HR metrics, and administers HR systems and records for a designated division.

Manages sales and customer relationships across an assigned territory for a food-service distributor. Responsibilities include prospecting, developing new business, visiting existing customers, conducting business reviews, identifying growth opportunities, presenting solutions, coordinating customer visits, and communicating order updates. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, one year of relevant experience, a valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and the ability to obtain food safety certification.

Sell Gordon Food Service products to existing and prospective customers within an assigned Charlotte territory. Develop relationships, pursue new business, manage accounts, conduct customer visits and business reviews, provide product training, and manage territory sales activities.
