Lead healthcare and pharmaceutical marketing analytics: analyze CRM, media, healthcare and behavioral data; build segmentation, attribution, audience scoring, and predictive models; develop measurement frameworks; use Python, SQL, BI and automation; translate insights for executives; mentor juniors and partner with Strategy, Media, and Client Services.

Analyze marketing channel performance (Paid Media, CRM, Email, engagement), prepare recurring reports, consolidate data into actionable summaries, perform QA on reports/datasets, support client recommendations and optimizations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and use AI tools responsibly to improve efficiency.

Serve as primary day-to-day contact for customer requests and device operations: onboard and support customers in Spanish/English, manage device provisioning, MDM enrollment, basic troubleshooting, shipping, repairs, inventory, SOPs, and cross-functional coordination to improve operational efficiency.
